Bringing the Light of Life to Those in Need<\/strong><\/p>\n

The name Lumenis originates in Latin and means Light of Life.  As the world-renowned expert in developing and commercializing innovative energy-based technologies, light is central to our technological innovations, but also a symbol of our mission to improve the lives of people with medical and cosmetic conditions.<\/p>\n

Lumenis is committed to supporting medical community leaders as they reach out to patients in need – no matter where they live – to bring them the life-changing benefits of minimally invasive procedures.  In just the past year, Lumenis has provided technology and resources to help undeserved and underprivileged populations across the globe.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

Our mission is to support projects dedicated to supporting independence, physical and environmental well-being in various fields including healthcare, education, employment, equal opportunities through charitable sponsorship and activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Launched in November 2019, the Lumenis Cares Foundation is aiming to raise awareness and support for meaningful causes affecting the everyday working world, including but not limited to Global Healthcare and Education.  To continually connect people with worthy causes, which support education and quality of life.  Helping those who aim to help others, in fostering an environmentally friendly, and healthy world in which to live and work.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

The Lumenis Cares Foundation are proud to support the charity Street Child<\/a>.
\nStreet Child support children in some of the world’s poorest and most vulnerable communities. Areas where sanitation, PPE and other vital resources to battle COVID-19 are very scarce. Members of the Lumenis Cares Foundation are taking on a 30KM walk on 2nd August 2020 to raise money for this great cause. 35€ could provide a hand-washing station enabling 150 people to access water to wash their hands and reduce the risk of infection. 55€ could provide vital supplies of disinfectant, masks, soap and sanitiser to a community of 250 people enabling them to protect themselves and help prevent the spread of the virus. 120€ could pay for a trained COVID-19 worker to support three communities for one month, communicating urgent life-saving messages about prevention and protection as well as providing psychological first aid for children and adolescents affected by the pandemic.<\/p>\n

The Lumenis Cares foundation are aiming to raise funds to support this charity, and any donation, however large or small, will go a long way towards helping Street Child to SAVE LIVES.
